Cancellation & Refund

A refund, minus a $100 administration fee, will be given for all public workshop/webinar registration fees and Media Training deposits for cancellations received in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled session.

For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the schedule session, a credit in the full amount of the fee or deposit paid will be given for any future public workshop, webinar or in-house training. You may send a substitute.

“No shows” are liable for the entire fee.
